I spent years doing everything right and feeling completely wrong. That frustration became a method; and this method has helped 1,000+ women feel like themselves again.
I'm a nutrition and fitness coach specializing in hypothyroidism, Hashimoto's, and perimenopause for women over 40. What I do is simple: I help women stop fighting their bodies and start working with them.
"I know what it feels like to do everything right — and still feel exhausted, foggy, and completely unlike yourself."
That was my reality for years. What follows is how it became a method — and how that method can work for you.
On my peek weight with hypothyroidism
I did everything they told me to. And it still wasn't working.
"I ate well. I exercised. I got enough sleep. I still woke up every morning feeling like I hadn't slept at all."
For years, I followed every recommendation. I cut sugar, added more vegetables, took the supplements everyone was talking about. But living with hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's meant that conventional advice wasn't built for my body. The fatigue was relentless. The brain fog was constant. And when perimenopause entered the picture; the confusion doubled.
I kept being told my labs were "fine" while feeling anything but. My TSH was within normal range, so doctors shrugged. I went home with no answers and an exhaustion that felt like it was becoming a permanent part of my identity.
"Normal labs. Not-normal life."
If you've ever sat in a doctor's office, listed every symptom you live with daily, and been sent home with a pamphlet about eating balanced meals; you know exactly what I mean. That appointment changed nothing. What came next changed everything.
The advice I found was making things worse, not better.
High-intensity workouts. Intermittent fasting. Generic nutrition plans. All designed for someone without a thyroid condition.
So I stopped looking for a plan that existed. I built one.
The high-intensity workouts that were supposed to energize me left me bedridden for two days. The fasting protocols that promised metabolic benefits crashed my thyroid function. The nutrition plans that didn't account for the inflammation driving my Hashimoto's made my symptoms flare.
"Every time I followed the mainstream advice, my body punished me for it."
I started studying. Not just blogs and wellness content — actual research on female physiology, thyroid hormone conversion, the relationship between cortisol and T3, how estrogen decline in perimenopause directly impacts thyroid antibody levels. I went deep.
And what I found explained everything. Every protocol that had failed me wasn't designed for a body like mine. Not one of them started with the question: what does thyroid function actually need to heal? So that's where I started.
"I became my own case study. And it worked."
Within months of building and testing my own approach — thyroid-specific nutrition, the right kind of strength training, perimenopause-adapted protocols; my energy came back. The brain fog lifted. My strength returned. And I started helping other women do the same.
My body transformation
Stop fighting your body.
Start working with it.

The Thyroid Fit Method is the system I wish I'd had.
Not adapted from a generic fitness program. Not a wellness trend repackaged for hypothyroidism. Built from the ground up; with thyroid function as the starting point for every single decision.
The method brings together three things that have never lived in one place before: thyroid-specific nutrition, progressive strength training adapted for women with Hashimoto's, and a perimenopause protocol that addresses what happens when both systems shift at once.
"The gap between 'your labs are fine' and actually feeling fine; that's where I work."
Today, the ThyroidFit Method has helped over 1,000 women rebuild their energy, restore their strength, and stop feeling dismissed. Not because I told them to try harder; but because I gave them a system that was actually designed for their bodies.
What makes this different.
Thyroid-first
Every recommendation starts with what's best for thyroid function — not what works for a body without a thyroid condition.
Evidence-based
Protocols grounded in research on female physiology, thyroid health, and midlife hormonal shifts. No wellness trends, no guesswork.
Whole-body
Nutrition and movement work together. No single-focus approach. Everything is integrated to reinforce everything else.
Realistic
Designed for real women with real lives. No extreme protocols, no 6-hour meal preps, no workouts that leave you exhausted.

I live and breathe this work; not because I chose an interesting niche, but because I lived the problem first. I know the frustration of being told you're fine when you're not. I know the loneliness of symptoms nobody can explain. And I know the profound relief of finally having a system that makes your body feel like home again.
Outside of work, you'll find me lifting weights, testing thyroid-friendly recipes in my kitchen, reading the latest research on female physiology, and sharing the honest, unfiltered truth about midlife health on Instagram. I believe in science, in real food, in strength as a form of self-respect; and in the power of finally feeling like yourself again.
If you're here, you've probably been dismissed, misdiagnosed, or simply handed advice that doesn't account for your thyroid. I'm glad you found this place. Let's figure it out together.
